Fun Is Photo!

So I was out taking some pictures the other day, and someone mentioned about creating my own blog. I thought it was a silly idea at first, but then as I continued to ponder about the topic, I decided, “Hey, why not share all the fun I’m having with photography?”

And so Fun Is Photo! was born. Why the weird name? Because we all have fun taking photos! Okay…so the real reason is that it was catchy and weird. Period. No, really!

Me? Well, I’m not a professional photographer. I don’t have any formal training, I don’t have a personal website with all that fancy schmancy stuff, heck I’m a nurse for goodness sakes. But I still love to take photos. And that’s what’s so amazing about a camera. Anyone can go grab one, and take some unbelievable pictures. I took hold of a camera when I was only about 4 years old and carried it around with me wherever I went. Now, I have an even bigger camera that I take around with me everywhere I go. My Nikon D90.

So anyway, why are you still reading this? Go grab a camera, get out there, and take some pictures! And don’t forget: Have some fun!
